by True Elements 01 Dec 2023

Winter is my favourite time of the year. Not only because of the amazing weather but also because of the festivals that fall at this time of the year Diwali, Christmas, New Year and a few other major festivals in which we cherish our loved ones.

Another reason to love the winter season is the Food that comes with it. Delicious and nutritious—my favourite kind.

Let’s check out 7 winter superfoods you can have this winter to make it even more beautiful and healthy.

1. Ghee:

Ghee, or clarified butter, holds a special place in winter. It is rich in fat-soluble vitamins like A, E, and D. Fat-soluble vitamins are essential for overall health. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants, particularly vitamin C and anthocyanins.
