Chia seeds are tiny black seeds that come from the family of sage. They are seeds of a flowering plant Salvia Hispanica and are native to southern and central Mexico. These tiny seeds are rich in Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and minerals and can change your life. Chia seeds can literally be added on top of any food. You can make milkshakes, smoothies, top them on salad, or make my absolute favorite chia pudding.
Chia puddings are best for breakfast. A spoonful of chia seeds soaked and drank along with water can help you live a healthy life. Add them in your lemonades, fresh juices, oatmeals, granola bowls or simple sprinkle them over fresh fruits, the possibilities are endless!
Little did we know these wonderful seeds are packed with a great amount of nutrients. Chia seeds are rich in vitamins and minerals and other vital nutrients. They help you manage weight and also help in weight loss. These look slightly like basil seeds but are different in nature.

Soak 2 tbsp chia seeds in ½ cup water overnight. In the morning, blend these with milk, add them in juice or lemonade, or simply add them in a glass of water.
