3 Breakfast Recipes To Keep You Full

Ingredients:

1/2 cup True Elements Rolled Oats

1 ripe banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon True Elements Chia Seeds

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)


Procedure:

In a blender, add the True Elements Rolled Oats and pulse until they turn into a fine powder.

Add the ripe banana, almond milk, almond butter, True Elements Chia Seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the blender.

Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can also add a few ice cubes at this stage.

Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed. You can add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter, but remember that it will add extra calories.
