Oats Flour (50.8%), Jaggery (25%), Millets (Jowar Flour-20%), Water Lily seeds, Rock Salt.
Take 1 cup Pancake Mix and 2 cups of water/milk (Optional-Add 1 Egg to your batter). Stir to avoid lumps. The pancake batter is now ready.
Pre-heat a pan, pour some batter and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it turns golden brown. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional minute.
Warm pancakes are now ready to eat- top them with some honey and fresh fruits.

Taste is fine but you can't expect a typical pancake taste with ragi floor and jaggery.

P.S excuse the presentation had no time for it since it’s going to be worst when it’s in my tummy 😂I loved the product definitely will buy more.My pancakes turned this colour cause I added my whey protein to the mix 😀In terms of pricing I feel they could have increased the quantity to 300gms or 400gms for the same cost.
