Quinoa Chocolate Bars
Ingredients
30gm True Elements Quinoa dry
1/3 cup water
5-10 whole almonds with skin
1-2 teaspoons coconut finely grated
1-2 teaspoons water
2 tbsp True Elements Peanut Butter Jaggery
1 tsp True Elements 7-in-1 Seeds Mix
Instructions
1. Add quinoa in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil reduce heat to a simmer and cook it for approximately 10 minutes or until all water gets absorbed. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Add True Elements Peanut Butter Jaggery, almonds, coconut, True Elements 7-in-1 Seeds Mix and cooked quinoa to the food processor and pulse until ingredients are well combined. Pour the mixture into the mixing bowl, and add one teaspoon of water at a time until the mixture holds together. Shape into minibars.
3. Bars can be stored in an airtight container for 3 days or frozen in a freezer-safe dish.
Fudgy Beetroot Brownie
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp True Elements Peanut Butter Chocolate
- 2 tsp firmly packed jaggery
- Half-cooked peeled whole beet, pureed in blender or food processor
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
- 2 Eggs at room temperature
- 4 tbsp True Elements Pancake Mix Chocolate
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish with oil and line the bottom with parchment paper.
2. Melt True Elements Peanut Butter Chocolate in a saucepan on low flame and stir occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, then whisk in jaggery, beetroot, vanilla and salt. Whisk in eggs one at a time until combined. Fold in True Elements Pancake Mix Chocolate until just combined.
3. Shift batter into prepared baking dish and bake until knife comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs attached, 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool for some time and then cut it into desired squares.
Chocolate Granola Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp True Elements Peanut Butter Chocolate
- 2 tsp firmly packed jaggery
- Half-cooked peeled whole beet, pureed in blender or food processor
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
- 2 Eggs at room temperature
- 4 tbsp True Elements Pancake Mix Chocolate
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix the True Elements Dark Chocolate Granola, True Elements Peanut Butter Jaggery, milk and vanilla extract together using an electric hand mixer.
2. Keep mixing it for 2 minutes until we get a thick pudding.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
4. Enjoy immediately, or you can put it in the fridge or freezer if you prefer it to be more firm.
