Nice mix of seeds. Crunchy and well. roasted. Comes in a packet which could be ideally replaced with a tin/container. The product is a healthy must have in diet.

The flavour is extremely flat. Thus had to add chocolate coated almonds to give it some flavour. Otherwise the seeds and good and crunchy. Its a good buy if you want to avoid unhealthy snacking. I keep it on my desk and it helps me fight my cravings.

I got the Antioxidant seed mix. As i am writing this review, i am munching on those with my favourite overnight oats. The product is fresh, crisp and very good. Packaging, delivery, everything was on point. Am going to stock up on more of the same. Hope you keep up the quality as is.Thanks.
